If you’ve seen our monthly newsletter you’ll know by now about our new Kaseya support system. We’re rapidly rolling this out across all sites we support. Kaseya is very exciting for Softlink as it marks a large investment both financially and time-wise.
Both my newsletter and Nicola’s follow up told you all about what Kaseya will do for us now, but from a webinar last week I have learned of a whole host of new tools coming up in the next few months.
One feature I’m particularly excited about is our ability to track your smartphones. We already support Blackberry, Android and iPhone on an ad-hoc basis, but this new feature will allow us to track your smartphones geographically, setup email accounts, backup data and remote wiping (bricking) if phones are lost or stolen.
There will be a lot more to hear from us over the coming months with Kaseya, so stay tuned!
If you have any questions or suggestions or anything you’d like to see us offering, leave a comment or give us a shout over on twitter.
