We were asked by a gentlemen (who is not currently a Softlink Solutions customer) to take a look at a hard drive today as it had died. The gentleman wanted to recover the data on the drive, however Dan tried his best but sadly the data was iretrievable. Another sad fact is that the gentleman in question does have an IT support contract with another company, however they did not advise him appropriately about keeping backups.
